There are more than 1,700 enterprises engaged in the electric (garden) tool industry in the city, accounting for 69% of Jinhua’s area, with 22 high-tech enterprises, 3 provincial-level enterprise technology centers, and 12 provincial-level high-tech enterprise R&D centers, 14 Jinhua high-tech R&D centers.
BUILDING HARDWARE
Products cover fire doors, security doors, smart locks and other fields. Yongkang has an annual output of more than 37 million sets of fire doors and security doors, and exports more than 3 million sets, accounting for more than 80% of the country's output value of more than 20 billion yuan, accounting for more than two-thirds of the country's exports. Eight of the top ten door brands in the country are in Yongkang. Yongkang has more than 650 categories of production enterprises, more than 1,500 related supporting enterprises, and nearly 150,000 employees.

Household electrical appliances have become an important part of Yongkang's modern hardware system, and further develop to the direction of digitalization and smartification. Among them, the city has more than 850 leisure vehicle production enterprises, more than 35,000 employees, industry output value of more than 15 billion yuan, accounting for more than 40% of the national total output, with an export volume of about 45% of the country’s total.

Yongkang outdoor leisure industry products cover tents, beach chairs, barbecue grills and other fields. With the repeated epidemics and prolonged stay at home, people's demand for outdoor activities has become stronger and stronger.
